By accessing or using CostMyAI (the "Service"), you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service immediately. These terms apply to all visitors and users.
CostMyAI is an AI economics intelligence platform. It provides a model pricing database synced approximately every 6 hours from public provider documentation, cost calculators, and the Analyzer, which reads a usage export you provide and reports where spend can be reduced through model switches that hold quality against named public benchmarks. Pricing and calculator features run in your browser. The Analyzer processes the usage metadata you upload to produce its report.
Pricing data, cost estimates, benchmark scores, and model comparisons are sourced from publicly available provider documentation and public benchmark results, and are updated on a best-effort basis. This information is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI provider pricing and model performance change frequently and without notice. CostMyAI cannot guarantee any figure reflects the current price charged by any provider or the performance you will obtain. You are solely responsible for verifying all pricing information with the official documentation of each AI provider before making any financial, technical, or business decision.
The Analyzer reports potential savings computed from live public prices and public benchmark scores. A "verified" verdict means a named public benchmark supports the model switch on quality for that task type. It is informational. It is not a recommendation, a guarantee of equivalent performance on your data, or a warranty of any savings. CostMyAI deliberately refuses to claim savings where no benchmark supports the comparison. All switch, deployment, budgeting, and purchasing decisions are your own responsibility and require your own testing and validation.
Nothing on CostMyAI constitutes financial advice, investment advice, business consulting, or any other professional advice. Cost projections, savings figures, and model comparisons are informational planning tools only. CostMyAI does not recommend specific providers or models for your use case.
CostMyAI is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Mistral AI, DeepSeek, Meta, Cohere, or any other AI provider, model developer, or inference service referenced on the Service. All provider and model names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used for informational purposes.
The Analyzer requires usage metadata: spend, token counts, model names, request volumes, and date ranges. It does not require and you should not upload prompt text, completions, or conversation content. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any file you submit and that it contains no confidential third-party or personal data beyond the usage metadata described. How uploaded files are processed and retained is described in the Privacy Policy.
You may use CostMyAI for lawful personal, commercial, or educational cost estimation and planning. You may not: (a) use the Service to build a competing pricing-data product or aggregation service without prior written permission; (b) use automated means to systematically scrape or copy the pricing database; (c) misrepresent CostMyAI as an official pricing tool of any AI provider; or (d) use the Service in any way that violates applicable law.
The CostMyAI name, design, interface, original written content, benchmark methodology, and proprietary data compilations are the intellectual property of CostMyAI and its operators. Pricing data and benchmark scores sourced from public documentation are not owned by CostMyAI. You may reference and share individual cost estimates and analysis results for informational purposes, provided you attribute CostMyAI and link to the relevant page.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CostMyAI and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use the Service; (b) reliance on any pricing figure, cost estimate, savings figure, or benchmark comparison from the Service, including Analyzer verdicts; (c) unexpected AI provider bills or budget overruns; or (d) any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the data. Your use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. CostMyAI does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
The Service may link to external sites or reference third-party services. These are provided for convenience only. CostMyAI does not control and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site. Visiting linked sites is at your own risk.
We may modify these Terms of Use at any time. The date of the most recent update appears at the top of this page. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must stop using the Service.
These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute relating to these terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation where possible, or through binding arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction where required by law.
